EXAMS AND ASSESSMENT OFFICER

The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the academic office in relation to all aspects of examinations and Assessments and to undertake duties in relation to: Admissions support processes, Assessment questions, assessment schedules and assignment briefs, Reasonable adjustments, Assignment Submissions, Presentation-based assessments, examinations, academic offences, mitigating circumstances claims and extension requests, Internal and External Assessment Boards, result letters, suspension of studies, Policies related to assessment, progression and awards in liaison with lecturers, module leaders and heads of Schools.

CAMPUS COORDINATOR (ILFORD CAMPUS)

The Campus Coordinator takes overall responsibility for the setting up and running of the campus in line with Head Office guidelines.

They act as the campus safeguarding lead, reporting to the Designated Safeguarding Head Office Leads, and the main campus First Aider. The Campus coordinator will take overall responsibility for the smooth-running of the centre, including staff management, student welfare, and liaison with the facilities management. They will be the face of customer service, solve everyday problems, deal with emergency situations, and will be responsible for student and staff welfare and discipline. The Centre coordinator works alongside the Academic Dean, and the Director of Operations reporting directly to the Main campus.

ADMINISTRATIVE / DATA OFFICER

The main purpose of the job is to effectively and efficiently manage administrative systems within the College. The role involves supporting the Schools and the Rector’s office, while working collaboratively to support the wider College administration.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data, have an accomplished methodical and systematic approach, exceptional analytical skills and excellent attention to detail to analyse, audit and transform the large and complex datasets contained within the College’s student record system to ensure it fulfils both operational and statutory requirements.

Full-time and part-time working hours will be considered.

ADMISSIONS ADMINISTRATOR

The purpose of the role is to be part of the College’s centralised admissions service delivering excellent customer service to meet the needs of applicants, tutors and other professional staff.

This role is a full time position.
