GOVERNANCE OFFICER
CRC is looking to employ a Govenance Officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The Govenance Officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy. To ensure success, the successful candidate should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The postholder will lead on governance coordination, policy development, and strategic reporting, supporting the senior management team in delivering transparent, compliant, and accountable institutional governance.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
CRC is looking to employ an HR Manager with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR Manager is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy. To ensure success, the successful candidate should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The post holder will lead and manage the Human Resources function of the College, ensuring strategic alignment with institutional goals. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and governance support, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Full-time and part-time working hours will be considered.
EXAMS AND ASSESSMENT OFFICER
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the academic office in relation to all aspects of examinations and Assessments and to undertake duties in relation to: Admissions support processes, Assessment questions, assessment schedules and assignment briefs, Reasonable adjustments, Assignment Submissions, Presentation-based assessments, examinations, academic offences, mitigating circumstances claims and extension requests, Internal and External Assessment Boards, result letters, suspension of studies, Policies related to assessment, progression and awards in liaison with lecturers, module leaders and heads of Schools.
