Main Purpose of the Post

CRC is looking to employ an HR manager with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR manager is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy. To ensure success, the successful candidate should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The post holder will lead and manage the Human Resources function of the College, ensuring strategic alignment with institutional goals. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and governance support, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
