GOVERNANCE OFFICER

Main Purpose of the Post

CRC is looking to employ a Govenance Officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and governance support to the College, including scheduling and servicing meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and papers, and accurately recording minutes. It requires coordination with senior staff to manage committee documentation, maintain governance records and action trackers, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role also includes managing the Register of Interests, supporting senior management initiatives, facilitating governance training, and acting as a central contact for governance-related queries, all while promoting best practices and alignment with sector standards.
